Licensed Clinical
Psychologist
I am a seasoned clinical psychologist treating adults. I believe psychotherapy is a worthy investment in you that leads to empowerment, happiness, and life fulfillment.
About Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a safe and private space to explore constructive ways to address life’s circumstances. Therapy is a relationship with an intended result. Each of us has a unique history that impacts how we relate to others and our environment. Through caring, engaged, and pragmatic treatment I address each client’s individual needs—always targeting immediate concerns first. My approach is active and collaborative. I provide my clients with a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere where we explore your experiences, feelings, and concerns together. Through insight and authentic expression, we collaborate toward positive change and healthy coping skills.
